How long does this course take to complete?

This is a self-paced online course with just over 2 hours of channeled content across 3 modules. Journal prompts and activities are recommended but optional.

The energies from these modules can be integrated over 3 consecutive days or at a pace that feels right for you.

Each module has a channeled transmission along with a frequency attunement.

What is a channeled transmission?

Ariela channels while connecting to the higher selves of the group to transmit the wisdom and energies needed to serve you in your journey.

These transmissions flow intuitively while Ariela is guided to share spiritual knowledge, practical wisdom and her own lived experience to make lessons tangible and relatable.

How do frequency attunements work?

Attunements work at the frequency level to purify, activate, and strengthen your energetic resources.
